Lunch Abs Class
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

30 minute class
- Warm-up
- Set One 3x
- Set Two 3x
- Set Three 3x
- Cool down
Warm-up
- Skip - 1 minute (anyone opposed to skipping may march on the spot)
- Lunges - 8 each side
- Squats - 8
- Torso twists - 8 (rotating side to side)
Set One
- Basic crunch x10
- Reverse crunch x10
- Flutter kicks x10 seconds
Set Two
- Combo crunch x10
- Bicycles x10
- In, in, out, toes, down! x10
- Legs extended
- Left leg to chest then right leg to chest
- Extend both legs, sit up touch toes
- Go down SLOWLY! (4 counts)
Set Three
- Basic crunch (2 counts up, 1 count down) x10
- Obliques x10/side
- Basic/reverse/combo x10 then flexed, pointed, pointed SLOW
- Participants get to choose to do basic, reverse crunch, or combo
- After a set of 10, They are going to "push the pedals":
- Flex their feet to the ceiling and push for 8
- Point their toes and push for 8
- Point their toes and push for a SLOW 8
- Turn to stomach. Supermans:
- Lay on stomach
- Lift Left leg and right arm x8
- Switch sides
- Lift right leg and left arm x8
