This is an easy intermediate step routine. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to post!
(32 counts) self-reversing
*Crazy 8: hop turn (off the corner of your step, this is really just a little hop turn-not a full reverse over) to face the back of room (1,2), walk, walk, (3,4) hop turn (using opposite foot) (5,6) to face the front of room, and walk, walk back to step. (7,8) (No lead change)
**Sprinkler repeater: reverse hop turn over step, (lead foot stays on the step, you're now facing the side of the room, count 1,2) 3 taps around (corner) to face the front again. Counts 3,4,5, knee lift (count 6) down (7) down (8) to exit (lead change)
***Boomerang: 180 (over the top,face in 4 counts) sinlge hamstring curl (4 counts) weave over the top (4 counts) Knee exit (4 counts) lead change
**** Outer thigh (thanks to Seasun Zieger for this one!) Side approach: outer thigh lift (1,2) step to side (3,4) into a power squat on the floor (5,6) and either jump, jump or walk, walk (7,8) to get back to step. The class usually throws in a clap on the last to counts. :)
