I am Simon... and Simon Says!!
Just like our old childrens game, when Simon says to do something, everyone does it.... but if Simon doesn't say, and someone does it anyways, there is punishment to be had!
I like to make everyone do a 20 or 30 second sprint as a punishment if someone messes up. This really depends on the level of the class, the punishment can be anything.
It looks a bit like this:
Simon Says Standing Jog, Simon Says hover, Simon Says add two gears, Simon Says standing jog, Simon Says Rest. Simon Says Hover, rest... GOTCHA!! Simon says Rest, and lets get ready for our sprint!
Very fun, and can be made easier or harder by how often Simon Says rest!
