- 4 Step-touch forward (8 count)
- 4 Sing-single-double hamstring curls back, turning right on the double curl (8 count)
- RIGHT leg leading: 1 V-step forward, 1 V-step backward with a cha-cha-cha on the last step (8 count)
- LEFT leg leading: 1 V-step forward, 1 V-step backward with a cha-cha-cha on the last step (8 count)
Total = 32 counts
Repeat block 4 times until everyone faces the front of the studio again.
