OH MY!!! This is so much fun!!!!!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 17147)
Hi everyone!!!! I taught this class recently and they loved it!!! Our clients love a brain challenge as well as physical challenge in a step class. I find if I throw in 2-3 physically challenging but "easy to think about" combos they can follow the trickier combos more easily. It is also more inviting for the newcomer to be able to do a couple of combos without being so confused.
Our students caught on to this class fairly quickly, so after we went through it a few of times, I threw in lunges around the world, leading right, then left, added some alternating 15 count repeaters (as many as you like) and went through the combos one more time!!!
Yikes-- HEART PUMPER !!!
