This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 17161)

I teach using a resistance level of 1-5, 1 is the easiest, 5 is toughest. This interval is moderate resistance, level 3, a working resistance level, feeling like they are at the base of a small hill.


Repeat entire interval in standing position!
