I teach using a resistance level of 1-5, 1 is the easiest, 5 is toughest. This interval is moderate resistance, level 3, a working resistance level, feeling like they are at the base of a small hill.
Seated:
- 15 Seconds seated sprint, 15 seconds off
- 30 Seconds seated sprint, 15 seconds off
- 45 Seconds seated sprint ,15 seconds off
- 60 Seconds seated sprint, 15 seconds off
- 45 Seconds seated sprint 15 seconds off
- 30 Seconds seated sprint 15 seconds off
- 15 Seconds seated sprint, 15 seconds off
Repeat entire interval in standing position!
