Add It On! (Boot Camp)

Here is the class I plan to teach tonight. Any questions, just shoot me an email.
ADD IT ON CLASS
Start with the first move, take a short break. Do move #1 and move #2, take a break. Move 1 + 2 + 3, break. 1 + 2 + 3 + 4, break. You get the idea.
Our only equipment will be a BOSU and a mat.
- 1. 10 burpees
- 2. 1 minute mountain climber (using the BOSU or just the floor)
- 3. 10 squats on the BOSU
- 4. 10 pushups (BOSU or mat)
- 5. 8 sumo straddles leading right, then 8 sumo straddles leading left (see BOSU Boot Camp for details)
- 6. up up, down down, 2 jacks on floor, 30 seconds each leg
- 7. 10 body builders (like a burpee but with a pushup and a jack in plank position)
- 8. 10 tricep extensions using the BOSU as your weight
- 9. 1 minute bicycles
- 10. 1 minute plank
Should be fun!
