Put a Reggae Spin on it
This is a
Cycling pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 17164)
I have been instructing spin classes for five years. As so many of you before, I want to thank you all for sharing. I can't tell you how much I rely on this site to revitalize my classes. Here's one for you with a Reggae spin on it. All the music is available on iTunes.
Note: I teach to the music by each beat. You will see that each movement lasts for a specific time in each song. If you have any trouble understanding it please feel free contact me.
