This is a Boot Camp Workout.
8 Cones are set up in Suicide format. Meaning in a line spaced out. Assign each cone a stationary exercise.
Example:
Run down to the end of the cones and back to the first cone. Perform the exercise for 3 minutes then run down to the end again and return to the second cone and perform that exercise for 3 minutes. Repeat for every cone.
Repeat the whole suicide sequence as many times as possible in alotted time.
